    Well, 있다 itself means 'there is', and 하다 means ''do' however, 있다 can be used as a present continuous tense conjugated with some verve followed by 있다. For example, 하고있다be doing; 하다+있다.
    시키다 is a verve meaning to order or prompt sombody to do certain activity.
    fiorella에게 방청소를 시키다. let Fiorella clean the room.
