Question about a German word

I want to know how to say German (as in a person) in German. My textbook is telling me that the masculine and feminine forms are the same: "der Deutsche" and "die Deutsche". But when I checked dict.cc, it's saying that the masculine form should be "der Deutcher". Which one is right? Thank you!
