    1) 'Experience in''
I can get more experience in travelling, if I travel a lot.
I can get more experience in travelling, if I travel abroad from time to time.

For this one you actually wouldn't need "in" at all. It's not wrong but it sounds a kind of awkward. It would probably sound better if you said "I can get more traveling experience, if I go abroad from time to time."

    2) 'Experience in'
I will get more experience in tourism industry, if I work for the airline.
I will get more experience about tourism industry, if I work for the airline.

The first sentence sounds best but you should put a "the" in there
"I will get more experience in the tourism industry, if I work for the airline"
Side note: You would say "the airline"- If the person you are talking to knows specifically which airline you are talking about. If they don't know, you would say "if I work for a airline"

    Hope I didn't confuse you :)
