Undecided questions
What does this say?

This is the name of a Japanese song, but this kanji is way too difficult for me, and it will not allow me to copy the kanji to look up in my online dictionary.

What does this say?

    It seems Chinese, not Japanese.
You should to ask for Chinese.

That's not entirely Japanese kanji. It's a jumble of Japanese and Chinese characters. Looks like somebody did something funny with the title and replaced one of the characters with a new variant that is only used in mainland China but for some reasons didn't touch the others including ones that are not used in Chinese.

Anyway, going back to your question, I think it means something like "intellectual/well-read princess." I would say it makes more sense to read it in Japanese than in Chinese (though it doesn't sound so good in Japanese either)

      OOPT

It's Chinese simplified kanji, but the original title should be 読書家姫君.
It means "a princess who loves reading" .

You can see the entire lyric here:
