    er, I think it means "happy".
    But, it seems in Chinese there is one word for "bored" & "boring". There is no distinction between these forms, except by context. An unthinkable ambiguity to many English speakers, to have only one adjective related to boredom, but the flexible Chinese seem to get their minds round it.
    Similarly, perhaps you'd use the same word for blessing & blessed, in some sentences.
    Similarly, many words in Chinese, as in English, can be nouns & verbs, eg run, walk, jog.
    In this case you might want 祝福, which translates to blessing or benediction.

    幸福is means happiness, thank you !
