Do you mean character writing or cyrillic like Russian and Serbian?
Dutch uses the same letters as English but we have 1 special letter 'ij'
The pronounciation of that letter differs. In typing you use 'I' and 'J' but in writing the letters are writing as one where the bottom of the I is connected with the middle of the J in a 'U' shape.

    For example IJs.
