Is " 下さい " a verb? It means " give "?

In this use " V + て(で)+ ください " , could I write it as " V + て(で)+ 下さい "?

    When -kudasai is used with a verb as you indicated, it is the polite way to say "please + verb."

    So 話す → 話して+ください → Please speak/please talk (to me)
    見る → 見て+ください → Please see/look
    食べる → 食べて+ください → Please eat

    And in the negative form:

    喧嘩する → 喧嘩し+ないで+ください → Please do not argue
