1-bring your glass of water. This doesn't make sense.
2-bring the glass of water. Su bardağını getir.
3- I read all of your books. Senin tüm kitaplarını okudum.
4-I read all the books. Tüm kitapları okudum.

Oh I am sorry. It makes sense. I think you are confused with the first two sentences.
1-bring your glass of water = (Senin)Su bardağını getir.
2-bring the glass of water.= Su bardağını getir.
3- I read all of your books. Senin tüm kitaplarını okudum.
4-I read all the books.=Tüm kitapları okudum.

1-bring your glass of water = (Senin)Su bardağını getir.
2-bring the glass of water.= Su bardağını getir.

Davood, in both sentences the suffixes may sound as if they were the same but actually this is not the case.

In the first sentence, the suffix that is emphasized is ''IN''. This suffix functions there as the second person possesive.

In second sentence, however, the suffix is actually emphasized as ''NI' which makes the noun accusative case.

    A few more examples:

Senin kalem-in-i aldım. (Whose pencil?) (Possesive -in)

Makarna tencerisi-ni kullandım. ( What?) (Accusative case -nı)

These suffixes may change according to the last letter of the noun.

    İN, IN,UN,ÜN
    Senin kitab-IN

    Senin gözlü-ğ-ÜN

    Nİ,NI,NU,NÜ

    Türk müzği-ni severim.

    Çıkış kapısı-nı bulamadım.

    Hope this helps.
