"Can't make" is followed by a gerund or infinitive?
Hi!
I don't know how to properly use "I can't make".
For example:
I can't make joining the party tonight
or
I can't make to join the party
Which one is correct?
Thanks!

Neither. It's "I can't make the party." You don't need another verb.

I am afraid neither is correct. It would be better just to say "I can't make it to the party tonight."
