Probably that's one of Muse's figurative lyrics. :)

After reading the lyrics, I think he's actually talking about the venues he's played music at, figuratively as toilets. We have some expressions in English like "This place is a pigsty!" meaning that this place is really messy. Paradoxically, Muse "playing in every toilet" is a dream come true for the band, hence why someone could "spoil it". It also makes sense as the song seems to have something to do with fame. ("I don't want you to adore me")
