    I contesti in genere sono diversi:
    /ti tengo la mano/ is related to affection towards a loved one, or for making fear
    go away from a child.
    /ti tengo per la mano/ is related to helping somebody who is about to fall, or somebody who you are helping to stand again on his feet (example: a skier who fell on the snow).

    "ti tengo per mano" is the typical sentence, but all the sentences written by you are correct
