The usage of คุณ นาย นาง
I know คุณ can add before name to be a call address，and both available for male and female.
However, I also see นาย and นาง in some name lists to indicate "Mr" & "Ms".
I'm now not sure when and where should I use คุณ and นาย นาง,
and what's their similarity and difference ？

นาย 只限于16歲以后的男士們 （所以16歲前的男孩兒都稱 เด็กชาย)
นาง 只限于已婚的女士們 16歲之前的女孩名前帶有 เด็กหญิง 而16歲后至婚前稱之 นางสาว

นาย and นาง is not common language, we don't use it in the conversation.
