Do you mean which of the two is correct, more common or better?
「みな」「みんな」 both means everybody but 「みんな」 is much more common and colloquial to say everybody.
Also remembering 「みなさん」 might help you in the future.
but みんなさん is incorrect, I've seen a lot of learners write みんなさん.
