The passive voice
Hallo alle!
Ich have a question regarding the passive voice in german.
Below are some examples that were given in my book to show the change in werden when presented in difference tenses. However I am finding it confusing to try and transpose to a more meaningful english translation to help me understand.
Das Bild wird gemalt (simple present): The picture is painted
Das Bild wurde gemalt (Imperfect): The picture was painted
Das Bild ist gemalt worden (Present perfect): The picture has been painted
Das Bild wird gemalt werden (Future 1): The picture is been painted
Das Bild wird gemalt worden sein (Future 2): The picture will have been painted
Could you check my translations and comment?
Vielen dank
