Can you recommend any resources for studying Japanese phonology?

I'm looking for material to study Japanese phonology (something dealing with phonemes, allophones, connected speech and pitch accent, like this article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_phonology but more in depth). I also need something to practice listening and pronunciation (like listening exercises in which you have to distinguish between minimal pairs, for instance 'きと' and 'きっと').

Does anyone know of any websites/audiobook courses that might be helpful?

I'd appreciate any help on this one!
