What is the meaning of the following sentences?


More specifically, I don't understant the word ''まずまず'' on the first sentence and I don't understand at all the meaning of the second sentence...

    仕事のほうは、まずまずと言った感じです means "I feel that my work is more or less OK."

    (まずまず is like saying the idiom "so-so", "more or less", or "sort of" in English.)

    研修は暇なことが多いのは相変わらずですが means "The training is usually boring but we can't do anything about it."
