    There are several ways to translate the sentece... choose the one you like more.
    - Después de tantos años hay algo por lo que vale la pena luchar
    - Hay algo por lo que merece la pena luchar después de muchos años
    - Tras tantos años hay algo por lo que vale la pena luchar.

    "Hay algo por lo que vale la pena luchar después de tantos años" would be the most usually way to hear/write that phrase. It's would be better like this too:
    "Finalmente hay algo por lo que vale la pena luchar después de tantos años"
    ( Finally there's something worth fighting for after so many years)
