    من به تازگی / تازه فارسی را یاد گرفته ام و می خواهم آن را با شما تمرین کنم.

    "Man be taazegi / taaze Farsi ra yaad gerefte'am va mikhaaham aan ra ba shomaa tamrin konam."

    If the person you are talking to, is a friend of yours and you can be informal with, you can use " to تو " instead of " shomaa "

    You have to day it like this:
    من به تازگی زبان فارسی را یاد گرفته ام، و می خواهم آن را با شما تمرین کنم. ه
    [زبان] means "language". You can either use it or not. It's exactly like in English, that you can either say "English" OR "English language". Both mean the same, but the second one seems better and more complete.
