How do you say "mosca cojonera" in English?

I mean someone who is boring, persistent and annoying, and disturbing you all of that at the same time

Is it possible "poshy fly"?

"Posh" means upper-class. I guess you meant "pushy fly", but that actually doesn't make sense (you need strength to push).

"A pain in the ass" (or "in the neck", if you want to be genteel) is how we'd usually say it.
