    You should learn korean orderly. Even a simple english sentence is quiet different in korean. But in the mean time,

    I can swim: 나는 수영할 수 있어요.
    I will swim: 나는 수영할 거예요.
    I won't swim: 나는 수영하지 않을 거예요.

    And there are other variations as well.

    you can use any verb with those. for example, the verb "to swim". I can swim. I will swim. I won't swim.
