    You might hear (1) in conversation. It means she keyed in the wrong thing, i.e. it was wrong when she keyed it in.
    "wrongly" is not really appropriate here. It would mean she shouldn't have keyed it in at all, or she keyed in the wrong thing, or in the wrong place. Much better to say 'She keyed it in incorrectly'.
    For the third, you mean 'mistyped'.
