    Yes, it's the same, but they are used slightly differently.

    Usually you would say, "Here I am" when someone is looking for you and you want to let them know where you are. You can also use "I'm here."

    When you arrive somewhere new, you will say, "I'm here" or "I am here." But you probably won't say, "Here I am" in this situation.

     

    Is "here I am" the same as "I am here"?

    This is called "inversion", and you won't understand it properly unless you're at an advanced level of English. For now, I suggest following Sara's suggestions, and also try to get your basic sentences right.
