Quelqu'un peut il m'expliquer pourquoi?

On dit:
je parle français
je connais le français
"Savoir" doesn't no more mean "Connaître" in the modern French language.

Mais pourquoi?
Pourquoi "Je sais parler français"?

Without error?
j'apprends le français
J'ai commencé à apprendre le français.
J'ai voudrais commencer à apprendre le français.

How do you say, I would like to know French not worse than french people themselves?

"Je voudrais connaître le français aussi bien que les Français eux-même" (I changed it a bit as a straight translation doesn't work. I said "to know as well")

Savoir and connaître are linked but they are not the same thing. Savoir is about pure facts (no emotions attached) whereas connaître is more intimate (you could say "to be familiar with something" to cover it). Je connais un ami, un restaurant, une ville, mais je sais des faits, des informations, des techniques.

We can use ''Je sais'' + a verb to mean ''I know how to...''

Je sais dessiner. I know how to draw.
Je sais cuisiner. I know how to cook.

    One small correction:
J'ai voudrais apprendre à parler le français.
    should be:
Je voudrais apprendre à parler le français.
