Workaholic(noun) is someone who works a lot and hardworking(adjective) can be used to describe a workaholic

Common is just "a hard worker" or a fancy way to say it is a "conscientious worker"

    hard-working is an existing adjective

    You can say "workaholic"

A tip for you is once you have one adjective (like "hard-working") you can look up more adjectives in a thesaurus, like thesaurus.com.
    diligent
    industrious
    hard-working
    productive
    assiduous
