    Borders are usually between geographical areas like countries:

    The border between France and Spain

    As a verb it makes an edge around something:

    The trees bordering my house

    A boundary is the outer limits of something/somewhere:

    The ball reached the boundary of the field.

    He needs to learn boundaries (of behaviour)
