Undecided questions
Is 您贵家 not a polite/formal way of saying 'your company?

I have just written an advert in Chinese advertising my services. The first line in English starts. If your company needs to write English documents....

I wrote 如果您贵家需要写英语文件.

I was taught at uni that 您贵家 is a polite and formal way of saying 你的公司 (your company). However, the people that have corrected it all deleted 贵家 and left it as '如果您需要写英语文件'. Obviously this does not say 'If your company'. It says 'If you'. That's not what I'm trying to write.

Have I been taught wrong? Should I just leave it as plain old 你的公司?

:-)Hello, Beth. You are good at Chinese. I suggest that you could use 貴公司 to express what you were trying to write.

    Chinese don't say"您贵家“。
If your company needs to write English documents=如果(if)贵公司(your company)需要(needs to)撰写(write)英文(English)文件(documents)。

    您 贵 家 doesn't mean 你的 公司
you should write 贵 公司 to express what you want
