It is obvious that he committed the crime.
El es obvio que él ha cometedo el crimen
Es obvio que él cometió (or "ha cometido") el crimen.

The young mother fed his son.
La joven madre ha alimentado su hijo. Correct. also:
La joven madre alimentó a su hijo.

    She lost her ticket.
Ella ha perdido su billeto. ("billete", in European Spanish, in American Spanish "boleto")
    Ella perdió su boleto/billete

    What have you done?
    ¿Qué has hecho?
¿Qué hiciste? (what did you do?)

What did you do to him?
¿Qué has hecho con él? also ¿Qué le has hecho?
It will depend on the context.

European Spanish favours perfect tenses (él ha, ella ha), whereas American Spanish favours simple tenses ("él hizo", "ella hizo")

    I hope this helps you.
