If you're not there, you'll never see me again.
If don't show up, you'll never see me again.
If don't come, you'll never see me again.

    If YOU don't show up, you'll never see me again.
    If YOU don't come, you'll never see me again.

    With the added 'you' in the last two sentences, yes, they mean the same thing.
