    Do you mean that the meaning of そうですね will change by the position of the accent?
    If so, そうですね shows your agreement and it doesn't have any other meaning.
    Regarding other words or phrases such as そうですか, it shows "question or suspicion" when you pronounce go up the last word "か", like そうなんですか↗. When you pronounce go down "か", そうなんですか↘, it becomes "agreement or acceptance". There are some more phrases like that. I think English is the same.
