Difference between ”結婚しない”and ”結婚できない”

i'm learning japanese from scratch. I love Japanese dramas. Recently I found that there's a drama named "結婚しない", and there's another drama played few years ago named "結婚できない". I want to know what's the difference between these two drama titles.

    "しない" simply means "don't".
    "できない" does "can't".
