well, if you write like that by latin alphabets people will understand what you want to say. Therefore, if we want to make sure about the real transcription we use, we have to write this one: كيف حالك؟ [kayfa haluk] (a like this word 'apple'). More questions, feel free to ask. It 's correct in MSA, but you can also say " Ezayak? " if you are in Egypt, and say " Keefk " if you are in Lebenon or in Syria
