I'm in the Lube service right now,doing maintenance to my vehicle.
Or
I'm at the lube service right now,doing maintenance to my vehicle.

Which sentence is correct and why ??? And what is the difference between them ? when should i use at and in ?

    You would use "at". The idea is that you're there temporarily, and will leave later.

    The problem with "I'm in the lube service right now" is that it can mean you're inside the building, but also that it's your job.

    It'd be better to use "garage" or "service station", as "the lube service" can also have a sexual connotation.

    I also have to ask why you would go somewhere to do work that you could do at home. Or do you mean someone else is doing the work? In general, the sentence is quite awkward.

    Here's my suggestion:

    "I'm at the garage right now, getting work done on my car."
