Do これはみて and これみて have two different meanings?

おねがいします! I know I shouldn't use google translate but in an anime I heard the phrase これみて which was subbed as "look at this." I know there are instances where particles can be dropped so I expect adding は wouldn't change the meaning, however in google translate it said it mean, to watch this.

My grammar knowledge is still pretty shallow so maybe there's something I just don't understand about adding "ha"

The correct way to say of これみて(look at this) is これをみて.

    The particle を is needed.
