    There are still a lot of bills to be paid, or - there are still a lot of bills that need paying.
    There are a lot of bills that haven't been paid yet

    There's = there is, use is for singular nouns, use - there are for plural nouns,
    bills = plural

    Use yet in negative sentence in present perfect.
    Use still in positive sentences.
