    Here is another possibility, probably not listed in the dictionary.
    /diretto/ also, as a noun, means /fist/ but it is only used talking about boxers
    So in this case the meaning would be:
    a) weak fists (blows)
    b) strong fists (blows)

    I can explain you /debolmente diretti/ and /fortemente diretti/.

    /debolmente diretti/ : somebodies who have to follow a certain pattern of action
    coming from a person or from a plan, but also have some freedom,
    or maybe the pattern is not 100 % determined;
    (weakly directed).

    /fortemente diretti/ : somebodies who have to strictly follow a certain pattern of action coming from a person or from a plan,
    (completely directed ?).
