What is the basic form for "Contact me" in Korean?

So if "연락" is not a verb we need to use some verb with it. Do I need to use only "주다"? For example: "연락 줘." or "연락 주세요." Does it also work with the verb "하다"? (연락 해요.)

도와 주셔서 너무 감사합니다!

And excuse me, but my topic is not a 100% correct.

Both 주다 and 하다 work for "연락".

    e.g.
    연락 주세요.
    연락해요.
    연락해 주세요.
