    There are several ways.
    1. 釣は好きですか?
    2. 釣に興味はありますか?

    I leave it to these two ways. First one asks literally "Do you like fishing?" and second one is more concrete, asking "Do you have interest in fishing?".
    The more natural way clearly is the first one, which is a way of asking about a lot of stuff in a quite casual but also polite way. " xxx は好きですか?" ( xxx suki desu ka?) is usable in any variation to anybody asking for anything (persons, food, activity etc.)

     

    Do you like fishing?
    formal
    ・ 釣りは好きですか?(つりはすきですか?)
    more formal
    ・あなたは釣りが(は)好きですか?(あなたはつりがすきですか?)

    informal
    ・釣りは好き?(つりはすき?)
