    You might know there are some different ways except for this.
    And this is relatively casual way.

    あなたのことは知っているけど、名前が出てこない。
    あなたのことはしっているけど、なまえがでてこない。

     

    あなたの顔は覚えていますが、なまえを忘れてしまいました。
    It means I remember your face ( I know you) , But I forgot your name.
