¿Como se dice "sorry" por algo en el pasado? por ejemplo, "I am sorry I didn't call you." Me gustaría entender la forma.

Siento no haberte llamado.
Another way to say it is: Lo siento, no te llame. This one is more literal.

Se dice de la siente forma. Ejemplo:
- Siento no haberte llamado.
o
- Lo siento, no pude llamarte.
o
- Siento mucho no haberte podido llamar.
Hay muchas formas, pero siempre es igual :)
