    Actually, there are two ways to describe the clothes a person is wearing at the moment:
    1. На мне/ней/нём белый пиджак, голубая рубашка и чёрные брюки. (Nominative case)
    2. Я/она/он в белом пиджаке, голубой рубашке и чёрных брюках. (Prepositional case)

    If you'd like to describe the clothes you usually wear (your style), then we use the verb носить (= to wear) + Accusative:
    Он/она часто носит белый пиджак, голубую рубашку и чёрные брюки.

     

    = I'm dressed in ...

    That's right if you describe how you are lookng right now. If you are explaining how you will look at a meeting you should say: (Вы меня узнаете.) На мне будут туфли, шляпа, брюки, футболка. If you just want to describe what clothers you are wearing, you say: Я ношу туфли, шляпу, брюки, рубашку.
