Resolved questions
I have a question about politeness and speech styles for native Korean speakers

Would you use banmal (반말) or jondaenmal (존댓말) when speaking to the following people:

1 Father
2 Mother
3 Older sibling
4 Younger sibling
5 Grandparents
6 Girl/boyfriend, spouse, partner, etc.
7 Classmate the same age as them
8 A student in the same department one
year older than them
9 A student in the same department two
years older than them
10 A taxi driver

Thanks for your time :)

    1 Father : 존댓말
    2 Mother : 존댓말
    3 Older sibling : 반말
    4 Younger sibling : 반말
    5 Grandparents : 존댓말
    6 Girl/boyfriend, spouse, partner, etc. : 반말
7 Classmate the same age as them : 반말
8 A student in the same department one
year older than them : 존댓말
9 A student in the same department two
years older than them : 존댓말
    10 A taxi driver : 존댓말

It depends on how intimate you are with the person. We usually use 반말 to family members including your grandparents when you are young, but you may want to use 존댓말 to your parents and grandparents as you get older or after you get married.
To #6,7,8,9, you use 존댓말 at tht early stage of relationship, but you can use 반말 after get close to each other. Some couples prefer to use 존댓말 to each other though.
I always use 존댓말 to taxi drivers because he is a kind of stranger, and 반말 to my younger brother and my classmate who is as old as i am.
Using 존댓말 means you show your respect for the person or you are not so close to the person. Using 반말 means you are older than the person or you are close to the person.
