about "your" in Portuguese

There are many forms of "your" in Portuguese. Not to mention of their plural forms.
seu (seus)

Dear Portuguese speakers, could you help me as how to differentiate and how to use them properly in sentences?.

seus/seus = before masculine nouns. O seu filho é bonito (Your son is handsome.).
sua/suas = before feminine nouns. A sua filha é bonita (Your daugther is beautiful.).

teu/teus = seu/seus. Teu/teus used is more common in some brazilian regions
    tua/tuas = sua/suas. Idem

O tal = such. Without regard to previous ones.
