In Spanish we can say 'tú' when we are speaking directly to another person, for example:
Tú eres muy guapo. => You are really handsome.
Yo y tú somos buenos amigos. => Me and you are good friends.

    'Tu' means your:
Tu hermano es muy guapo. => Your brother is really handsome.
Puedo alquilar tu libro? => Can I borrow your book?

'Te' is pronombre reflexivo, which is sometimes translated as 'yourself'.
In Spanish you have many verbs which end with 'se', for example: lavarse (to wash [oneself]), llamarse (to be called [oneself]). As you can see, their translation in English is not always possible. In these verbs you conjugate the verb normally and add 'se' adjusted to the person. The verb shows who does the action and 'se' shows who the action concerns. 'Se' is usually put before the verb.

    Yo - me
    Tú - te
    El/ella/usted - se
    Nosotros - nos
    Vosotros - os
    Ell@s/ustedes - se

Me lavo los dientes. => I clean my teeth. (Me - cause I'm doing it to myself. Lavo - cause I do it.)
Te lavo los dientes. => I clean your teeth. (Te - cause I'm doing it to you. Lavo - cause I do it.)
Me lavas los dientes. => You clean my teeth. (Me - cause it's done to me. Lavas - cause you do it.)

Mi hermana se ducha cada día. => My sister takes a shower every day. (ducharse - to take a shower)
Ya te has vestido para la escuela? => Have you already put on your clothes for the school? (vestirse - to put on clothes)
Tú te llamas Miguel. => Your name is Miguel. (llamarse - to be called)
Te amo => I love you
