Meaning of "matanaw --> natatanaw" in this context

could anyone tell me the meaning of natatanaw in this context (biblical):

At nayari ang langit at ang lupa, at ang lahat na natatanaw sa mga iyon.

Salamat nang maaga.

    "tanaw" means "to view", so matanaw is the infinitive form and natatanaw would mean "is visible/being viewed".
