Talking about quantity or measurament the meaning is almost the same but with a little different, "circa" = around くらい, "quasi" = don't reach that limit ほとんど

Da qui a casa mia ci sono circa 10 km
From here to my house there are about 10 km (maybe 9 or 10, or 11 km)

Da qui a casa mia ci sono quasi 10 km
From here to my house there are almost 10 km (maybe 9 but no more than 10 km)

    Be careful
"circa" means also "about" and you can use when talking about something:
chiedere consiglio circa una questione difficile
ask advice about a difficult matter

    "quasi" means nearly to/about to:
    stavo quasi per cadere
    I was about to fall
    Ho deciso che quasi vado
I decided that perhaps I go

    No:
    /circa/ means more or less.
    /quasi/ means 'slightly less than'

    a) A che ora passera` l'autobus ?
    circa fra un'ora.

    b) ero quasi arrivato (almost arrived there) davanti alla biblioteca, quando ho
visto la porta chiudersi, era l'ora di chiusura.
