    Do you mean to ask the question "what is the difference between 'totally' and 'wholly'?" In usual speech, there is not really a difference. Wholly is used more rarely and only for certain cases, though. Totally is correct almost anywhere the meaning makes sense, so use totally unless you are very sure the sentence meaning or phrase requires wholly.
