Urdu - 'to be' sentence endings

یہ میری بیگم ہیں ان کا نام جملہ ہے
Well here I see that this is my wife and to show respect you end the sentence with hain, not hai, but at the end when he states her name, it is closed with the common hai. Why is that?

I really do not understand this, there are many sentences which I know is written with formal speech, but also ends in 'hai', why is that so? how come?

This sentence is literal translation of "these are my wife, their name is jameela".
Obviously "is" refers to name and not to "jameela".
The respect is indicated by using plural pronouns. As Tushar said.
