Two questions: how do you say: "Is this my house?" in Japanese?

I know you never would say this question because you know your own house but imagine... :)

I just learned that "ka" it's to create a question so could be like this?:
これ は 私 の 家 です か
or
これ は 私 の 家 です か?

Could the second sentence says: ka ka?
If you throw me tomatoes, that's fine ;)

And the second question is:

it is correct:
Kore wa watashi no ie desu ka?
or
Kore wa watashi no iedesu ka?
or
Kore wa watashi no ie desu ka
or
Kore wa watashi no iedesu ka

I'm asking because google translate doesn't have a space between "ie desu".

When I can delete spaces between words?

All comments are welcome :)

    これは私の家ですか。
is correct, in Japanese ? isn't needed though we use it very often in casual writing. Also we don't put "space" between each letters, we use "space" for learners, especially for beginneres.

    However, in roma-ji, it's written:
Kore wa watashi no ie desu ka. (/?)

    I hope this helps you.

    Ryoko is right!
And I reccomend you to master hiragana (and katakana) first, as it will be easier to improve your Japanese that way.
Romaji can be confusing and is hardly used by Japanese people themselves.
    がんばってね!
