Why いえいえ means something like "No, no" and いえ house?

What if I want to say: "House house"? How I should say it in Kana?
Could be by the context I'm using?

    いいえ = no

    いえ(家)= house (not personal, physical building)
    うち (家/内)= house / home (personal, your own house / home)
