「I'm half Dutch and half Portuguese」の日本語は何ですか?

My mother is Dutch and my father Portuguese.
I would like to know how to state that I'm mixed in Japanese.

    父(母)がオランダ人、母(父)がポルトガル人である人です。
    父(母)がオランダ人で、母(父)がポルトガル人です。

    Although the "half" word is the common answer, some people find it derogative because then consider it means you're not fully Dutch nor fully Portugese. That's why I suggest you rephrase. This is a very touchy topic in Japan, especially for people with multiple origins...
